Brett has helped immensely with my hip and back issues using dry needle technique and stretches / exercises. He is diligent about researching specific techniques to help with my hip and back. I have made a lot of progress and my pain has subsided.Posted on Google![]()

My name is Chris, and I’m located in Spartanburg. If I could give the Progressive team more than five stars, I absolutely would. Brett and Joe are truly the best, and I’m extremely grateful for everything they have done for me.I experienced an unfortunate work injury that left me unable to work. My job is physically demanding, and throughout the entire process, Joe and Brett supported me, guided me, and helped me get back on my feet and back to work.I can’t thank the Progressive team enough for their support, care, and dedication. Thank you, Brett and Joe, for everything you’ve done for me. - ChrisPosted on Google![]()

I reached out to Progressive Mobility to help me recover from a meniscus repair. I had spent 3 weeks going to another PT (who I will leave unnamed) and felt like I was falling behind and like they weren’t truly supporting the goals I had for my recovery. Jenn reached out and paired me with Joe. When I started with Joe, I was at a 36% strength deficit on my surgery leg, and around 25% deficit in my balance on that leg compared to the other leg. In just 3 weeks, I’ve cut that strength deficit by nearly 20% and the balance deficit almost the same amount. Joe treats me like an athlete, and genuinely is doing everything he can to help me lift and run again like I want to be able to do. I wake up genuinely excited to go to PT and see the friendly faces and know that I’m being taken care of by people who actually see and support me. Theres no place I’ve been that compares to Progressive Mobility. Go here for all your injury AND INJURY PREVENTION needs.Posted on Google![]()

I’m disappointed to be leaving this review because I initially had high hopes for Progressive Mobility. Unfortunately, my experience ultimately left me feeling unsupported and without a clear plan for my care. I attended 8 appointments and spent nearly $1,600 out of pocket. Despite consistently communicating that I was still experiencing significant pain, I did not see meaningful progress. In fact, my symptoms eventually worsened and spread beyond where they initially started, including developing constant foot pain. My biggest concern became the lack of communication and follow-through once I expressed that I was getting worse. At one appointment, after I raised concerns about my lack of progress, a significant portion of the appointment was spent getting another PT’s opinion rather than addressing my treatment. I was then given foot exercises that took several days to be uploaded to the app, and when I finally completed them, they made my symptoms worse. I communicated how much worse I was feeling and how concerned I was. I was then told that I would be brought in for a complimentary appointment so we could make a plan and figure out how to move forward. I followed up about that appointment but received no response. I subsequently sent another detailed message explaining that my pain was continuing to worsen, that I was in constant pain, and that I needed direction on what I was supposed to do next. Again, I received no response. Instead, I received an email informing me that my previously scheduled appointment for Friday had been canceled. To be clear, I did not decide to end my care at that point. I was actively trying to communicate with the practice about my worsening symptoms and was waiting for the follow-up appointment I had been told would be arranged. Rather than receiving a response or a plan for my care, my messages went unanswered and my existing appointment was canceled. I understand that not every patient responds to treatment the same way, and I would never expect a practice to guarantee a particular outcome. What I did expect, especially after investing nearly $1,600 in care, was communication, follow-through, and support when I communicated that my condition was getting worse. Ultimately, what has been most disappointing is not simply that I didn't improve. It is that when I raised legitimate concerns and needed help determining what to do next, the communication and follow-through stopped. The way this was handled left me feeling like my care was simply abandoned rather than appropriately transitioned or concluded. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously, because this experience could have been handled very differently with basic communication and follow-through.
